This image shows a close up of the adjustable neck rail for a concrete feed bunk.  The fencing material is constructed from 2 7/8 inch diameter oilfield pipe.  The neck rail is constructed from oilfield sucker rod.  You will notice that the neck rail can be moved up and down by loosening or tightening the bolt on the collar of the post.  This particular fence and feed bunk was in a feedlot in southern Alberta.
